Call out to a major university
Supporting yet another major University when they needed us the most
▪️We were called by a University when one of their buildings on campus had no water.
After talking through the issue on the phone, we quickly identified the issue.
▪️The great news for the client was, that not only did we understand the fault, but we also had the part in stock!
This meant we could head straight over to resolve the issue.
▪️This quick action meant there was minimum downtime and our team reprogrammed the system whilst on site.
Another positive outcome for another happy client!
