ACOP L8 is applicable to various settings, including workplaces, trade establishments, and businesses where water is used or stored, with a focus on preventing the creation and transmission of water droplets that could lead to Legionella exposure.

Our experienced team understands the specific considerations and protocols necessary to manage Legionella risks effectively. what we recommend

Tank inspection, clean and chlorination of a tank and its services is recommended on an annual basis and when there is visible evidence of any of the following:

Sediment
Stagnant water
Biofilm
Corrosion
Flora growth
Animal Contamination

It is also recommended:

If the system or part of it has been substantially altered or entered for maintenance or remedial purposes in a manner that may lead to contamination
During or following an outbreak or suspected outbreak of Legionellosis

As an authorised supplier of WRAS approved products, we guarantee high-quality materials for your water system needs.

Choose from our flexible service packages, including monthly, yearly, and fixed-price options ranging from 1-3 years. We also provide tank upgrade works to bring your old tanks up to current regulations or offer full tank replacement if necessary.

Our services extend beyond tank maintenance. We conduct Legionella risk assessments, including schematic drawings if required, to identify and mitigate potential risks. We also offer microbiology analysis through UKAS approved laboratories, ensuring thorough water sampling and testing.

Additional services include building flush and mains injections, commissioning of booster sets, servicing of water softeners and booster sets, replacement of hollow roof support struts, and insulation of existing cold water storage tanks.
