An apartment block working with H20 Facilities

PROBLEM

Power surge had caused the existing panel to become faulty, ramping pumps up to closed valve and causing fitting to burst.

SOLUTION

Call out to isolate the water and see if panel could be repaired, unit could not be repaired so an NTC panel was installed same day which has anti surge protection built into the panel which would stop the over pressure.

BENEFIT

The pump will now perform better, which saves energy and as a result of our great work we now service this pump annually

Call to the office came in the morning when our team went to site to diagnose the problem, panel was on site the same day and install within 4 hours. H20 utilites fixed the pipework the same day and water was back on within 24hour time frame.
