Booster Set Upgrade for Returning London Hotel Client
A returning customer contacted us regarding issues with their 20+ year-old fixed-speed booster set, which we’ve proudly maintained for many years.
What We Found:
Two 11kW pumps failed — one with a damaged wet end causing grinding noises and loss of pressure, the other with a motor drawing over three times full load current.
Jockey pump NRV failure.
Control panel issues with obsolete components.
The Solution:
Given the ongoing problems and outdated equipment, the customer chose to upgrade to a new variable-speed booster set.
