Yesterday we received an urgent call from a long-time customer reporting a significant drop in water pressure at one of their apartment blocks—leaving many residents without water.
Diagnosis and Action:
Our on-call engineer was immediately dispatched to the site. Upon inspection, we discovered a fault in Pump No.1 and communication errors in Pumps 2 and 3. We quickly isolated the faulty components, enabling the booster set to function on Pumps 2 and 3, thus restoring the water supply to the block.
Repairs:
Further tests revealed a bearing issue in Pump No.2, prompting us to order necessary parts without delay. Our return visit saw us fitting a new pump and inverter, fully programming the system, and replacing the worn bearings.
Outcome:
After thorough testing and adjustments, the booster set is now fully operational, ensuring reliable water supply and peace of mind for our client and the residents.
