The Challenge
At a busy student accommodation block in Cardiff, a pump and controls failure left the building’s pressurisation unit unable to maintain system pressure. With term time approaching, a fast and reliable upgrade was needed to prevent disruption and keep the heating system fully operational.
Our Solution
The NT Cloke team specified and installed a new Mikrofill twin pump wall-hung pressurisation unit, perfectly matched to the site’s heating and expansion system requirements. Thanks to precise planning and coordination, the upgrade was completed without any downtime — allowing the building to remain fully functional throughout the works.
