30kW Onsite Bearing Change at a London High-Rise
Our team recently completed a bearing replacement at a 32-storey apartment block in London after reports of loud noise coming from one of the pumps.
▶️ Diagnosis & Planning
A site inspection revealed the top bearing on the 30kW pump motor had failed. We sourced the correct part and returned promptly to carry out the work.
▶️ What We Did
- Isolated the pump and safely dismantled the unit
- Removed the faulty bearing and replaced it with a new one
- Reassembled and tested the pump to confirm smooth, silent operation
🔇 The Result
The pump is now back in service with no noise issues—keeping the water system running quietly and efficiently for all residents.
