Second Opinion Saves Thousands for Client
NT Cloke Pumps & Water were recently called in to give a second opinion after a client was advised to replace an entire booster pump set due to inverter failures.
🔍 Our Findings
Our team carried out a full assessment and found the pumps were still in working condition. The problem was isolated to the inverters and some associated components.
🛠️ Work Carried Out
- Tested and confirmed pump functionality
- Identified passing non-return valves
- Replaced the faulty inverters only
- Corrected poor installation of rubber bellows causing ongoing issues
- Cleaned and chlorinated the tank
- Supplied and fitted new valves and bellows
💰 The Outcome
By repairing rather than replacing the whole system, we saved the client thousands and secured an ongoing maintenance contract based on trust and performance.
