Fixing a water pump fault at King Richard III Visitor Centre
Friday Fixes at King Richard III Visitor Centre!
Â
Last Friday morning, we received an urgent call about a ‘no water’ issue at the King Richard III Visitor Centre. Our team was quick to respond, discovering the BMS panel had tripped out. With a swift 10-minute investigation, we had everything back up and running in no time!
Â
But that wasn’t all. We also identified a fault in the heating pumps, promptly ordered the necessary parts, and got to work.
Â
The site team requested a comprehensive service package, and we were more than happy to oblige. This included servicing the booster and performing a thorough tank clean/chlorination.
Â
At this point we took a water sample from the tank…which has been sent off for testing
Â
By the following week, our engineers had not only completed the service but also repaired the heating pump, restoring it to full functionality.
Â
Whether you’re a small business or managing a vast property, NT Cloke’s nationwide support has got you covered.
Â
From emergency call-outs to comprehensive service packages, we ensure your systems are running smoothly.
