The Challenge
NT Cloke was called out to a college located near the coast after several heating pumps ran dry. The issue was traced back to a bypassed pressurisation unit, which allowed the system to continue operating under low-pressure conditions, causing seal failure and risking long-term pump damage.
Our Solution
Our team responded promptly and carried out a comprehensive on-site fix:
- ✅ Replaced 10 mechanical seals across the affected heating pumps
- ✅ Fully tested all pumps to confirm leak-free operation
