Upgrade to plantroom at a care home
Our team have recently upgraded a plant room at a care home in Leicester
Here is a timeline of events…
- We received a call after this care home were left with no water
- Our engineer quickly identified a fault with the booster and quickly set about providing a short term solution allowing the booster to work on one pump!
- Upon further investigation we found that the pressurisation unit was faulty and turned off
- At this point we sat down with our client to discuss many different options which would allow the carehome to save money
It was agreed that we would…
- Install a new panel
- Install new motors to the booster set
- Supply and install a new pressurisation unit
This part of the care home now has great water pressure and great heating
NT Cloke Pump and Water are now the proud support team for all of the care homes that are part of this group, previously never having any level of servicing or maintenance support in the past.
