Heating Pump Repairs at Grand Plaza Hotel, Kensington
Our team recently responded to a service call at the prestigious Grand Plaza Hotel in Kensington. Upon arrival, we discovered issues with the heating system’s pumps: Pump No.1 was non-operational, and Pump No.2 was running with worn bearings and signs of a mechanical seal leak.
Our Solutions:
After providing the hotel with several repair options, they opted to replace both pump heads, a decision that allowed for a quick and less intrusive solution. Our engineers executed the replacements with such speed that the hotel experienced no noticeable heat loss during the process.
