The Challenge
NT Cloke were called to a nature reserve in Middlesbrough following a booster control board failure, which left the on-site system partially non-operational. The booster set was responsible for feeding grey water tanks supplying the site’s toilet facilities, making a fast, reliable repair essential to prevent downtime.
Our Solution
Thanks to our experienced engineers and fully stocked vans, we replaced the faulty control board on-site during the same visit, restoring operation immediately with no disruption to visitors or staff.
During the inspection, we discovered that the grey water storage tanks had never been serviced since installation, so we carried out a full tank clean and chlorination, followed by a booster service to bring the system back to compliant standards.
The Result
