A seal change with quite the view!

We recently had a call-out to investigate a troublesome pump, throwing an overcurrent fault. Our diagnosis? A seized pump that needed a helping hand!

The previous contractor had suggested a new pump, but that’s no small investment. We decided to dig deeper. Armed with a pair of grips and good old elbow grease, our engineers managed to free the pump, clear the error, and got it running smoothly again.

But wait! There was another twist. The seal had started to leak when the pump was running. No issue too big for us at NT Cloke Pumps & Water, we promptly ordered a new seal and returned to install it.

With a full service and the system back on 3 pumps, another job was completed successfully!
