The Challenge
NT Cloke Pumps & Water received an urgent call from a London college experiencing a total water outage.
The site had already been forced to close and send students and staff home after another contractor failed to resolve the issue — and they feared another full day of disruption ahead.
With no running water and classes cancelled, a rapid response was critical.
Our Solution
Within just two hours of the initial call, our engineers were onsite to assess the system.
After running a series of diagnostic checks, we identified the cause: a system fault that had shut down the entire water supply.
Working efficiently, the team:

- Performed a full booster system restart and flow verification
- Restored water supply within 30 minutes of arrival
- Conducted a complete site walkaround to confirm water flow to all areas
During testing, we also noted a few developing issues and advised the facilities team on preventative measures to avoid future downtime.
