We were called out to a busy apartment block in the north that had no water

The problem
Not your typical fault. It turned out that a plumber had been to site to fix a leak and did not have the pump experience to turn the drives off. This ultimately blew them up through no fault of his own.

The solution
It became clear to our engineer that these drives would need replacing on the booster set. A quick call into the office and one of our engineers was out to drop these drives off to the site.

Our site engineer soon replaced the drives and the water was back up and running on the same day. The client was happy and the short turnaround meant that the residents wouldn’t have even noticed there was an issue.
