Underground Booster Unit Inspection Saves Major Replacement Costs
NT Cloke Pumps & Water was recently contacted by a new customer unsure if their underground booster unit had ever been serviced. Once we accessed the pit, it was clear — it hadn’t.
💧 What We Found
A small leak had already caused one of the drives to fail. Had we not been called in, the unit was just days away from flooding — and likely a full system replacement.
🛠 What We Did
- Replaced the failed drive
- Installed new pipework
- Brought the unit back to full working order
- Signed the customer onto a regular maintenance contract
This proactive visit saved our client thousands and prevented future disruption.
