Cold Water Tank Inspection Reveals Major Oversight at Apartment Block
While attending a routine booster set service at an apartment block, our engineers conducted a standard cold water tank inspection — something we do as part of every visit.
What we found was concerning. The tank had never been inspected or maintained by the previous provider. The condition raised serious health and safety concerns.

- Water sampling arranged from multiple outlets
- Ongoing support and servicing plan now in place
💡 A Note to Building & Facilities Managers
If your water tanks haven’t been inspected recently — or ever — now is the time. Water hygiene is a compliance issue as well as a safety one. Regular maintenance is essential.
