Saturday Morning Emergency Call-Out — Fully Restored Before Monday
NT Cloke Pumps & Water were contacted for an urgent weekend call-out after a site experienced a full controls failure caused by a power issue.
🔎 Diagnosis on Arrival
Our engineers arrived on-site Saturday morning to find:
- Controls completely unresponsive
- A blown inverter
- A pump showing unbalanced resistance and clear signs of internal damage
⚙️ Our Response
We quickly got to work:
- Replaced the faulty inverter
- Electrically tested the existing pump
- Supplied and installed a replacement pump from our own stock
- Recommissioned the system and carried out full testing
✅ Outcome
By Sunday, the system was back to full operation—ready for the client’s team to return Monday morning without disruption.
