The Challenge
NT Cloke Pumps & Water was contacted by a homeowner concerned about the state of their domestic water storage system. On inspection, our team found significant build-up of debris, biofilm, and standing sediment—posing risks to both water quality and health.
The Solution
Our engineers carried out a full tank clean and chlorination, including:
- Removal of all sediment and biofilm
- Disinfection of internal tank surfaces and associated pipework
- System recommissioning with minimal disruption
- Component inspection to assess pump and pipework condition
We also offered the client a pump service during the same visit, providing a complete hygiene and efficiency check in one go.
