The Challenge
NT Cloke were called to a London home after the owner reported their pumps were constantly running and making a loud banging noise. Upon inspection, our engineers discovered that the vessels had failed, preventing the unit from starting and stopping correctly.
Our Solution
The vessels were replaced to restore correct system operation — but our engineers didn’t stop there. During every call-out, we carry out a full site inspection to ensure the entire system is functioning safely and efficiently.
In this case, we also assessed the cold-water storage tanks, which were due for cleaning and disinfection. A tank clean and chlorination was arranged and completed as part of the same visit.
The Result
The system now operates smoothly with improved reliability and efficiency. The customer gained total peace of mind knowing their entire water system — not just the booster set — was in good working order.
